Service Description

You will be given an estimated time in which your diagnosis will be completed. Time frame is related to the jobs already in progress. Once we have a service plan we will call to inform you and obtain your permission if the service needs exceed the $65 minimum deposit. You will be informed and in control of your service every step of the way. >>> Bringing in a laptop? Make sure to bring your power cord. >>> Bringing in an All-in-One PC? We need your power cord too! >>> Bringing in a tablet? You guessed it, we will need that power cord :) Last, but certainly not least, please bring all user names and passwords for any accounts or software that you need help with. An example would be your email account. We will need email address and password. Yes, your email address has a password :)
