Diagnostic services are offered free of charge, no matter how long it takes to come to a conclusion for all commissioned service requests.   Required at the time of drop off is a $65 deposit that will be applied to your service total.  There will be no extra charges incurred beyond the deposit amount without first speaking to you and obtaining agreement to the recommended service.  At all times we will consider whether the value of the computer supports the cost of the needed repair.
