Computer Repair
If your PC is running poorly, we can fix it. If your PC won't turn on, we can fix it. No matter the need, just tell us what is going on and we will advise you on the most cost effective solution to your problem
Drop-Off Service
With an appointment this is the most cost effective service, as you are only charged for time that the tech is actually interacting with the PC and not while PC is processing requests.
Virus / Malware / Ransomware Removal
Not only do we take care of these infections, but we will advise you on how to keep your PC free from these issues. Not all security software is created equal. We will inform you on what you can do to make this an issue of the past.
Remote Logon Support
Utilizing remote logon software and your internet connectivity we can connect to you anytime you need us. This enables us to serve you at a charge of $16.25 for every 15 minutes, versus the 1 hour minimum required in shop. For problems as well as general questions, you will be advised if this service is applicable to your needs.
Data Backup & Retrieval
Before you lose precious data let us help you setup and maintain a data backup setup that fits your needs. One of the most nerve wracking things we do is pass on the message that a customers data has been lost. Let us help you with this need before it is too late

Need new internet service or help installing a new modem? Are you adding PC's onto your network or new wireless equipment? No matter how you are extending the technology in your home we can help.
Cost Menu
Labor Hour / Deposit - $65
The diagnostic portion of our services are offered at no charge for all commissioned service requests.
Required at the time of drop off is a $65, one-hour minimum deposit, that will be applied to your service total. There will be no extra charges incurred without first speaking to you and obtaining agreement to the service needed.
At all times we will consider whether the value of the computer supports the cost of the needed repair.

But what if you decide to not move forward with a more costly repair? No problem. We will back up your data and transfer it to a storage device of your choosing or we can store your data and transfer it to your next PC if needed.
General Cleanup - $150
A General Cleanup is a full service approach to the needs of the computer. Operating System, Programs and Data will stay intact. Often times a PC is brought in with a few issues impeding use and the diagnosis may simply shed light on the need to a thorough cleanup that not only remedies original issues but provides necessary maintenance.
Wipe and Restore All - $195
As a last resort or for an Operating System upgrade, this service is as complete as it gets. We will backup all your data, make note of all software that will need to be reinstalled and take care to document your preferred settings. Once the job is complete we will assist remotely in the setup of printers, peripherals and reconnecting to your network. As added benefit, if you need help in the future we will be familiar with your setup and often only simple remote sessions are needed.
Purchase Program -$65 / $250
Need help deciding on a new computer? We developed this program to help you avoid advertising pitfalls and focus you on what you need in a PC now and in the future.
During the first stage we will shop for you after gathering all pertinent information during our consultation. On average, most of our customers save well over the service charge as we will not present you with choices claiming savings off of inflated prices. We will present to you our findings, explaining the choices made so you can move forward with your purchase yourself. The charge is $65.

The second stage is a complete will include the consultation and shopping outlined above. Next we will order the system you choose. The day before the delivery of your new computer to our shop we will schedule for you to drop off your existing PC so that we can backup all your data. We will setup the new PC will all desired software, transfer your data, apply security software and add remote support. Once you get the PC home we will assist you remotely to install your printer , etc. The charge is $225.
